We want you to enjoy every bite of our delicious cookies! However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you.
Refunds
While we make every effort to avoid issues arising during transit, there is the minor possibility that our cookies may suffer slight imperfections or breakages during this time. We ensure to package our products in their own individual bags and protective packaging is always used to maintain the original integrity of our cookies. The taste of your cookies will still remain as delicious as before - we promise!Â
If your package has been delivered to you significantly damaged (the cookie bags un-opened), please send us an email with photographic evidence and we will respond as soon as possible to resolve the issue.
If you have received the incorrect order or flavour/s, please send us an email so we can provide an exchange at no additional cost.
Please be aware that refunds are not applicable to our products unless you qualify for these issues stated above.
Exchanges
If you received the wrong flavour or type of cookie, please reach out to us within 2 days of receiving your package to arrange an exchange at no additional cost.
Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our cookies, we are unable to accept returns.Â
