Shipping policy

The Cookie Klub currently offers Australia-wide express shipping and the rates are determined by the weight of your order. If you are local to Perth and surrounding suburbs, please email hellothecookieklub@gmail.com to see if you are eligible for a smaller delivery fee, prior to ordering online. 

Dispatch and Shipping

All cookies are freshly baked so please allow for five business days (from your order being placed) for your order to be dispatched. Whilst express shipping should normally take 1-4 business days,  delivery times may vary due to our couriers processing and therefore may delay the arrival of your order. If you have not received your order within 5 business days, please contact us with your order number and complaint to help assist you with a resolution.

Ordering Times

You are welcome to submit orders at any time. At this stage we are currently only posting orders on Mondays with hopes to increase this to Wednesday also in the future. Please be advised that any orders received after 12pm Sunday will be posted the following Monday morning. This is due to our couriers pick up and drop off schedule. We want to ensure that you receive your order as fresh as can be.

Shipping information

Please ensure you review your address prior to submitting your order as an incorrect shipping address may result in a lost order and we do not provide refunds or returns due to this.
